   In the brand new Adobe Photoshop CS4, there is a new technology called hydra that allows filters to use the graphics card power in image processing and not the CPU so that all of the operations will be much faster than before. Hydra technology also supports all colour depths.
3. Liquid resize feature
   With the new technology called seam carving in the Adobe Photoshop CS4, you will be allowed to shrink or enlarge a photo disproportionally without stretching it.
4. Enhanced quick selection tool
   In the Adobe Photoshop CS4, the refine edge dialog will have a new feature that deals much better with the complex surfaces such as fur ensuring a more defined line between background and the subject.
5. Improve dodge and burn tools
   Adobe Photoshop CS4 will be able to improve the algorithm and programming so that the dodge and burn tools give a less destructive and more natural result.
