Improve a Smile

We meet again in this new Photoshop tutorial.
Smiles always make everybody happy. In the digital photography world, we can even make the smile photo better and better. Can you tell me what else is better than white teeth for a bright smile? However, the only problem is that not everybody has white teeth. What about people with yellow teeth? Do they not have a chance to get a good smile on photo? One of the ways to improve a smile is digital imaging in tooth whitening.

With this Photoshop CS3 tutorial, you will be able to work on digital tooth whitening. You only need to use quick mask mode or quick selection tool. Then, to whitening the teeth, you can simply remove the yellow colour and brighten the teeth by adjusting the saturation. If you are doing this Photoshop CS3 tutorial correctly, you will be able to do digital tooth whitening to keep the smile so it looks natural. Here is how to improve a smile in a photo with Adobe Photoshop CS3.
1.    Zoom in the photo and select the teeth using quick mask or quick selection tool.

2.    Click Select – modify – feather. After you do this, the feather selection dialog box will appear.

3.    Type 1 in the feather radius. Click OK.

4.    Zoom out to see the whole image.

5.    Press CTRL+H to hide the selection marquee. The marquee will be invisible but the teeth are still selected.

6.    Click image – adjustments – hue/saturation. After that, the hue/saturation dialog box will appear. Move the box if it is stopping you being able to see the teeth.

7.    Select yellow in the edit part.

8.    Click and drag the saturation slide to the left to remove the yellow colour.

9.    Select master in the edit part.

10.    Click and drag the lightness slider to the right to brighten the teeth. Click OK to apply the changes.

11.    Press CTRL+D to deselect the teeth and you will get the best smile ever!
