Personalize your bridge!!
Adobe Bridge is one of the feature tools in Photoshop CS3. It is the power browser and also the central hub for all of the creative suite 3 applications. It is able to show all files and folders that are available. Not only for creative suite 3 applications, but also you can use Adobe Bridge as a hub to launch other applications like word or acrobat files. This Photoshop tutorial will discuss about Adobe Bridge. Bridge offers so many ways to search, categorize, adding information, and also the automation for repetitive tasks.
However, you can even maximize the power of Bridge by customizing them. By customizing and also saving your custom Bridge workspace, reviewing and also comparing images will be much more efficient and more fun. By simply clicking the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+O, you will experience the power of Bridge. The better you are using Bridge, the better you are using the other creative suite applications, including Adobe Photoshop. Here is the tutorial about personalising the Bridge to enhance your Photoshop skill.
1. Open the Bridge.
2. Click the folders tab. You need to navigate to a folder of images.
3. Click and drag the keywords tabs and also the metadata to the left panel that you can find between the folders and also the filter tab.
4. Click the preview tab, then, drag it to the centre pane.
5. Click the content tab, then, drag it to the right pane. After that, the content images will align vertically on the right.
6. Click the image. You will see that image in the preview tab.
7. Click the separator bar that you can find on the left if you want to enlarge the preview tab.
8. Click and also hold the first workspace button. The menu will appear.
9. Save the workspace. Do not forget to type a name for your custom workspace. You need to check all of the boxes. Click save.
10. You have made your first custom workspace on Adobe Bridge to support your creative suite applications!
Last but not least, you can also change the default settings by using the other two workspace buttons. You can do it by following the previous steps with using a quite different setting. Like the other creative suite applications, you need to be more creative to create your best custom workspace.
