Do not forget to select your move tool. Hold ALT and press UP arrow key for 6 times. It gives you 6 duplicated layers.

4.       How about add the blending layer to your top layer? Right click top text layer then choose the blending options. You can adjust yourself, Shadow and glow would be good.

5.       Make the selection by hold CTRL key and left click to the thumbnail of the text layer. Click CTRL+SHIFT+N, set the foreground to black. Change the brush to a soft 150px brush and the opacity to 60%. Change the layer blend mode to overlay and the opacity to 74%.

6.       Now make the gradient layer. Select gradient tool and pick transparent gradient for the foreground. Using curve gradient would be a nice idea.
