Introduction

Let’s make it clear in the beginning that you need a commercial license as one of the important prerequisites for creating your designs using the Photoshop brushes. This is true for all the money making ideas presented in this article using Photoshop. There are many ways of creating your own thing online and making money out of it. Everybody is aware of the many online services that allow you to upload your designs and apply them on different items such as apparels, personal gifts, T-shirts, mugs and so on. There are many websites already doing just this.

But many people are not aware of these four additional methods of making money by using your designs even though you are quite new and don’t have much idea about Photoshop or other such graphic design software. These four ways are rubber stamping, paper design, wallpaper design and logo design.

Now importantly here is how this works. For a start let’s say you wish to enter the rubber stamping business and you are not very comfortable using Photoshop or other similar graphics design software. Or another possibility may be that you are very good at using Photoshop but are facing a big creativity block. In case you don’t really have an idea about the shapes to get for your stamps, all you need to do is find some good Photoshop brushes (for example swirls or floral) and turn them into rubber stamps. There you go-you have got a new product you can sell.
2. Paper design: As you might have guessed the same thing above applies here as well. By using the Photoshop brushes, you can create various patterns for paper designing. These designs can be sold on websites such as picturepaper.com.
3. Wallpaper design: The wallpaper designers earn $30,000 to $80,000 every year depending on their quality and experience. So in case you are thinking about starting a career in this niche, you can use the Photoshop brushes that will get you up there within no time at all.
4. Logo design: There are many places or websites on the internet where you can participate in logo design contests. One of my personal favorites is Crowdspring. However don’t miss out on sites such as eLance or FreeLancer either. In this method again if you have a solid collection of Photoshop brushes and the necessary commercial license just jump in.

There are practically dozens of places where Photoshop can be used and an unlimited number of ways in which to use the Photoshop brushes creatively. The Photoshop brushes are your lifeline if you are a beginner but even if you are very experienced in using Photoshop and are experiencing a creativity block, the brushes will help you save the day.
